Both Emsworth and Prinsted are lovely big houses with gardens and large spacious rooms. Prinsted is currently going through a major renovation that will bring it up to the highest standard of care and provide a wonderful home. Both homes have ensuite facilities, TV and WIFI points in the rooms and provide a warm, modern and light environment. We also have a SKYPE service that enables people to talk to friends and family around the world without being charged.

Prinsted is located at the edge of Southbourne, between Chichester and Emsworth. Prinsted is just 5 minutes walk from Chichester Harbour . Emsworth is 5 minutes west and again located just a short walk from the harbour.

We welcome people to come and have a look around and talk to residents. If you would like to book a visit you can call and pop in at most times or use the form opposite to arrange a time.

Our Emsworth care home has two adjacent buildings, but is registered as one care home for 61 residents. One building has 21 single bedrooms with 2 shared bedrooms, and the other has 30 single bedrooms with 3 shared bedrooms. Most rooms have en-suite facilities.

Our Prinsted care home has 19 single bedrooms with 4 shared bedrooms. Most bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the majority are on the ground floor.

Both homes have large and comfortable lounges, separate dining areas and are well furnished. We also have very efficient  in-house laundry facilities.

Both homes have nice gardens, all with patio areas, which are lovingly tended by our gardeners. Residents are encouraged to give input, help and advice!

Regular physiotherapy and reflexology sessions are included within the fees. We also have a very popular weekly hairdressing service.

There are regular resident and relative meetings held and we encourage feedback about the quality of our service continuously. Relatives are invited to meet with staff and review individual residents’ care needs.
