Part-time Activities Co-ordinator/Social Care Assistant – Springfield Care Home

Are you a self-motivated individual? Do you enjoy making a difference to peoples lives on a daily basis? Are you looking for an enjoyable work environment, where every day is different?

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, compassionate individual to come and join our Social Care team, which is affectionately known within the home as a Canary.

Your daily routine will include organising and delivering activities to our Residents, sourcing external entertainers and hosting events. You should have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.

We have a 20 hour per week contract available, which will include alternate weekend working.

Pay rate will depend of qualifications and experience.

Bank – Registered General Nurse

Springfield Care Homes are seeking a reliable, compassionate individual to come and join our nursing team on a bank contract working at both of our homes. We are seeking an individual with experience of palliative care and wound care management.

Pay rate from £17.50 per hour for the right candidate.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a current, valid NMC PIN .

Bank Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual who has experience of working within a nursing home environment to join our highly skilled and experienced team.

The right candidate will have experience is delivering person centred care and be committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
