A Heartfelt Tribute to Springfield Care Homes
A refuge for the weary
I was immediately accepted
Have never been neglected
But welcomed into the ‘family.’
The staff are so kind and patient
Food is amazingly good
Activities take place most days
All of which can be understood!
We are warm, welcome, not worried
Well fed and surrounded by friends
With many trained carers to keep us
safe until day slowly ends.
It’s all here in one package, you’ll find
at Springfield, you need nothing more
All have a very warm welcome
As they knock upon the door.”
