At Springfield Health Services, we do not take this trust lightly; we continually reinvest in our facilities and staff team to ensure that your loved ones are receiving the attention and care that we would expect for ours.
What do we offer?
We understand that no two people are the same and that there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to care. However, this doesn’t just apply to medical needs and healthcare – it’s why we offer a variety of living arrangements.
We all have different ideas of the kind of place we’d like to live, and we want to ensure that our clients continue to have this choice. For this reason, we offers a wide range of rooms – no two are the same!
Depending on your budget and needs, Springfield Health Services will be able to provide your loved one with accommodation that they’re proud to call home.
Starting from £1100 per week, all of our packages include: Assessed care needs, food, accommodation, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, furniture, and a physiotherapist review (and ongoing weekly reviews when required). Within your accommodation, we also provide basic necessities, such as bed linen, towels, soap dispensers, etc.
Our package also includes activities; we even regularly invite entertainers to host events within our facilities – so there’s always plenty to do!
For additional fees, we can provide hairdressing, newspapers, chiropody, travel, staff escorts to appointments, and services otherwise not covered by the NHS (e.g. dentists and opticians).
As a care provider, we also have an investment in ensuring that you’re able to establish the longevity of funding your care. Please do get in touch with us if you’d like further information on local authority funding or advice on the benefits you may be entitled to.
How Do We Accept Payment?
We accept direct debit, cheques, bank transfer, and standing orders. If you come to us for respite care, your weekly fees can also be payable in advance. Whilst we accept a range of payment methods, we recommend opting to pay via more flexible methods, such as direct debit.
To pay for additional fees, we can set you up with a sundries account; this means that we can invoice you separately for extra add-ons (such as hairdressing or staff escorts) as and when you need it.
